V.I.C.T.O.R.E. Combatives is a training method that exploits the most basic, simple moves that can be practically applied to defend yourself or others.

What sets this apart from most “self defense” programs, is that instead of teaching many techniques that have a high failure rate, it applies your natural response to being attacked-the flinch.  Also, while being observed in a safe training environment, I will help you develop your own fighting style based on your natural responses.  That way, in the heat of battle, everything will come naturally instead of trying to remember specific techniques.  Everyone fights a little differently, and you need to fight your own way. This program also utilizes gross motor skills, not fine motor skills which are lost in high stress situations anyway. There is not a separate defense for every type of attack. V.I.C.T.O.R.E. Combatives employs a universal, ambidextrous defense that works no matter what kind of attack comes. It is a brutal system that emphasizes finishing the attacker, not slapping them a couple times, or trying to poke them in the eyes, and running away. It was designed to enable people to survive a sudden, violent attack.

This system is for adults young and old, male, female. I do not believe in “women’s self defense.” Women are not defenseless and do not require a special system. Fighting is fighting, and everyone is capable.
